摘　　要：目的探讨桂枝去桂加茯苓白术汤对急性肾损伤(AKI)患者中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)水平的影响。方法 60例AKI患者分为实验组和对照组各30人,两组均采用传统方法治疗,实验组加用桂枝去桂加茯苓白术汤治疗,于治疗前及治疗后1、3、5、7 d检测两组患者的血清肌酐(Scr)、血NGAL(pNGAL)和尿NGAL(uNGAL)水平。结果实验组的Scr、uNGAL及治疗后pNGAL水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组3项指标随治疗时间延长呈下降趋势(P<0.05),而对照组的Scr、pNGAL和uNGAL随延长呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。结论在传统方法治疗基础上加用桂枝去桂加茯苓白术汤能降低AKI患者的pNGAL和uNGAL水平,改善肾功能,提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of Guizhi Qu Gui Jia Fuling Baizhu Tang on the level of neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin （NGAL） in patients with acute kidney injury （AKI）. Methods A total of 60 patients with AKI were divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases for each group. Both groups were treated with traditional therapy. Additionally, experimental group was administered Guizhi Qu Gui Jia Fuling Baizhu Tang. Before treatment and 1,3,5 and 7 days after treatment, the levels of serum creatinine （Scr） ,plasma and urinary neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin（pNGAL/uNGAL） were detected in both groups. Results The levels of Scr, uNGAL and pNGAL after treatment in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. And these 3 indices decreased with the increasing therapeutic time in the experimental group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but elevated with the increasing therapeutic time in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Guizhi Qu Gui Jia Fuling Baizhu Tang combined with traditional therapy can decrease the levels of Scr,pNGAL and uNGAL,improve the renal function and efficacy in the patients with AKI.
