对某硫铁矿制酸装置转化器“掉温”原因的排查及启示

摘　　要：通过调阅某硫酸厂的操作记录并整理了操作数据,在转化气体压力数据缺失的情况下用转化各点实际控制数据与设计值数据对比找出了转化掉温的原因为Ⅲ换热器、Ⅳ换热器壳程堵塞及Ⅱ换热器问题,并对硫酸装置换热器常见故障进行了分析,提出了看法。Through checking the operating record of a sulfuric acid plant,and sorting out the operating data,and despite the lack of converted gas pressure data,through comparison of the actual control data of each conversion point with the design data,the cause for temperature drop in the converter is identified,which include the plugging in the shell side of heat exchangerⅢ,heat exchanger Ⅳ,and the problem in heat exchangerⅡ. Analysis is done for common failure in the heat exchangers in sulfuric acid plant,and opinions are given.
