摘  要:冶炼烟气含大量尘、砷、氟、SO3等杂质,在烟气湿法净化洗涤过程中,需对循环酸水进行部分开路处理,补充等量的新水降低循环酸浓度和含尘量,以维持系统正常运行,由此产生了大量的酸性废水。主要分析了700 kt/a硫酸系统净化酸水排放量大的原因,以及通过降低循环水温度及酸水含固量来减少净化补充水量的措施,使其净化酸水排放量得到有效控制,缓解了环保压力,为镍铜酸性废水的深度处理创造了条件。Smelter gas contains large amount of dust,arsenic,fluorine,SO3 and other impurities,during wet-process purification and scrubbing of the smelter gas,partial open loop treatment is required for circulating acidic water,and equivalent amount of fresh water makeup is required to reduce the concentration and dust content in the circulating acid,so as to maintain normal operation of the system,which as a result will generate large amount of acidic waste water. The cause for large discharge volume of purification acidic water from the 700 kt / a sulfuric acid system,and measures to reduce the makeup water for purification by reducing the temperature of the circulating water and the solid content of the acidic water are mainly analyzed,such that the discharge volume of purification acidic water is effectively controlled,and the environmental pressure is reduced,which creates a good condition for deep treatment of nickel and copper acidic waste water.
