更年期潮热妇女性生活状况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨更年期潮热的妇女性生活状况,以及潮热程度与性生活的关系。方法将符合条件的1 206名40~60岁妇女分为潮热组、无潮热组,分别完成调查问卷。问卷具体内容包括一般情况、潮热状况和性生活情况,对调查结果进行分析。结果潮热组妇女性生活率及性生活满意率均低于无潮热组妇女(x^2值分别为9.294、8.019,均P<0.05),性生活满意是潮热的保护因素(OR=0.628,95%CI:0.365~0.902,P<0.01)。重度潮热妇女的性生活率显著低于轻度和中度潮热的妇女(x^2值分别为10.291、14.063,均P<0.05),重度潮热妇女的性生活满意率亦显著低于轻度和中度潮热的妇女(x^2值分别为7.032、7.176,均P<0.05)。结论更年期潮热影响妇女的性生活,其中以重度潮热最为显著,满意的性生活可改善潮热,应积极治疗潮热症状,改善更年期妇女的性生活,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the sexual activities of climacteric women with hot flashes and the relation between hot flashes degree and sexual activities. Methods A total of 1 206 eligible women aged 40 - 60 years were divided into hot flashes group and no hot flashes group. All women were asked to finish questionnaires with the contents of general situation, hot flashes and sexual activities for analysis. Results The ratio of sexual activities and satisfaction in hot flashes group were lower than those in no hot flashes group （X2 value was 9. 294 and 8. 019, respectively, both P 〈 0.05 ）, and sexual satisfaction was protective factor for hot flashes （ OR = 0. 628,95 % CI： 0. 365 - 0. 902, P 〈 0.01 ）. The ratio of sexual activities of women with severe hot flashes was obviously lower than that of those with mild and moderate hot flashes （X2 value was 10.291 and 14. 063, respectively, both P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of sexual satisfaction of women with severe hot flashes was obviously lower than that of women with mild and moderate hot flashes （X2 value was 7. 032 and 7. 176, respectively, both P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Hot flashes affects sexual activities of climacteric women, especially severe hot flashes. Satisfying sexual activities can improve symptoms of hot flashes. Hot flashes should be treated actively to improve climacterium women＇ s sexual activities and the quality of life.
