摘　　要：目的了解青岛市产科医护人员对待自然分娩和剖宫产的态度,为制定降低剖宫产率的综合干预措施提供参考依据。方法采用分层抽样的方法选择市北区、李沧区、即墨市辖区助产机构内所有产科医护人员391人,进行分娩态度问卷调查,应用SPSS 17.0软件进行结果分析。结果产科医护人员97.44%倾向经阴自然分娩,2.56%倾向剖宫产,两组人群的职称分布有显著差异(Z=-2.414,P<0.05)。倾向剖宫产的原因主要为"怕阴道试产失败家属不理解"、"阴道试产医务人员承担的风险大"、"剖宫产可以避免医疗纠纷"等。结论青岛市产科医护人员对于分娩的态度,主观上是倾向自然分娩的,但复杂的医疗环境及敏感的医患关系使医护人员心存顾忌,一定程度上影响了分娩方式的选择。营造良好的医疗环境,建立合理的医疗纠纷处理机制,有助于减少非医学指征剖宫产。Objectve To understand the attitude of obstetric staff towards natural delivery and cesarean section in Qingdao City and to provide references for formulating comprehensive measures to reduce cesarean section rate. Methods All of 391 obstetric staff of midwifery institutions in Shibei District, Licang District and Jimo Distract was selected with stratified sampling method to conduct questionnaire survey on delivery attitude. Software SPSS17.0 was used for analysis. Results Of obstetric staff, 97.44% preferred vaginal delivery, and the left 2.56% preferred cesarean section. The difference in professional titles was significant between two groups （Z = - 2. 414, P 〈 0.05）. The main reasons for cesarean section were fear of family misunderstanding for failure of vaginal delivery, medical staff taking high risk for trail of labor, and cesarean section avoiding medical disputes. Conclusion Obstetric staff in Qingdao City subjectively prefers to natural delivery, but complex medical environment and sensitive doctor-patient relationship affect their attitude to some extent. Building good medical environment and establishing reasonable medical dispute processing mechanism are essential to reducing cesarean section without medical indications.
