摘　　要：目的了解某海军部队官兵冻伤认知现状,为指导基层部队冻伤知识培训提供依据。方法 2015年1-2月,采用自制调查问卷,对某海军部队115名基层官兵的冻伤认知状况进行横断面调查。结果 115名官兵中,50.9%有过冻伤经历,43%对冻伤处理"了解很少"或"完全不了解",知识获取途径主要为家人朋友和书本杂志;官兵对冻伤的症状、处理和预防知识知晓率不高且不够全面。结论基层部队官兵对冻伤认知不足且存在误区,亟待纠正改善,部队需普及冻伤知识,加强宣传教育和系统训练。Objective To understand the current status of the Marine＇s perception of frostbite in a selected navy troop,in order to provide evidence for the frostbite knowledge training .Methods A cross-sectional survey on 115 marines was conducted with the self-designed questionnaire.Results There were 50.9% of the respondents experienced frostbite and 43% rated their knowledge of hypothermia as ＂low＂ or ＂none＂. The primary way to got information was from family or friends,and books or magazines.Respondents had very few knowledge on the symptom, treatment and prevention for frostbite.Conclusion There exist the lack of knowledge and some misunderstandings about frostbite, demanding correction and improvement. Thus,the troops need not only to popularize the knowledge of frostbite and strengthen publicity and education, but also to improve the systemic training.
