肠道准备临床护理路径在健康查体结肠镜检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨肠道准备临床护理路径在健康查体结肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选取2014年3-8月在解放军总医院健康管理研究院国际部二科住院健康查体行结肠镜检查的患者160例,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组80例。观察组患者以临床路径表方法进行肠道准备管理;对照组患者以常规方法进行肠道准备,比较两组患者肠道准备过程知晓率、焦虑程度、配合情况、呼叫护士次数,肠道清洁效果、不良事件发生率以及患者、镜检主任、护士对该项工作满意度。结果观察组患者肠道准备过程知晓率、焦虑程度、配合情况、呼叫护士次数,肠道清洁效果、不良事件发生率以及患者、镜检主任、护士对该项工作满意度等明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0 05)。结论肠道准备临床护理路径应用于健康体检结肠镜检查,统一规范了肠道准备护理工作,减轻了患者的紧张焦虑心理,降低了不良事件发生率,提高了肠道准备效果和患护医三方的满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing path of intestinal preparation for colonoscopy in health examination. Methods By convenience sampling, 160 cases were selected and equally divided into observation group and control group.The observation group had intestinal preparation by using the clinical pathway method,while the control group by the conventional method.The awareness rate of process, anxiety level, cooperate situation, nurse calling number, intestinal cleaning effect, incidence of adverse events and the satisfactory rate of patient, doctor and nurses of the two groups was compared. Results The awareness rate of process, anxiety level, cooperate situation, nurse calling number, intestinal cleaning effect,incidence of adverse events and the satisfactory rate of patient, doctor and nurses of in the observation group was significantly better than which in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway of intestinal preparation unified and standardized nursing work in colonoscopy health examination reduce the anxiety and tension of patients, as well as the incidence of adverse events, and improve the effect of intestinal preparation and the satisfaction of all patients, doctors and nurses, which is worthy of popularization and application.
