儿童膝关节镜术后早期应用冰敷机的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童膝关节镜术后早期应用冰敷机的效果。方法便利抽样法选择2013年1月至2014年5月北京积水潭医院小儿骨科收治的行盘状软骨损伤术的患儿80例,按入院先后将其分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组患儿术后给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予冰敷机持续加压冰敷24h,观察并比较两组患儿术后24h的患肢肿胀、疼痛及引流情况。结果术后24h,观察组患儿的患肢肿胀、疼痛及引流情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论儿童膝关节镜术后早期应用冰敷机有助于缓解患儿疼痛,减轻患肢肿胀,减少出血,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of early application of ice compressor for chidren underwent arthroscopy.Methods By convenience sampling,80 cases were selected and equally divided into control group and observation group.The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group were applied with ice compressor for 24 hours.The swollen parts,pain and bleeding situation after 24 hours of surgery were compared between two groups. Results After 24 hours of surgery, the swollen parts, pain and bleeding situation in observation group were all better than that of control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The early application of ice compressor can help to relieve pain and reduce swollen and bleeding, which is worthwhile for clinical application.
