摘 要:采用自主研发的配方及制备过程制备含低浓度铅的油漆样品,按照《CNAS-GL03:2006能力验证样品均匀性和和稳定性评价指南》中规定的方法对该油漆样品进行均匀性和稳定性检验。按照《ISO/REMCO指南34》和《ISO/REMCO指南35》中的要求严格执行定值测量程序,采用多种方法和多家实验室间联合定值的方式为油漆样品定值。将该油漆样品作为实验室内部质控样,对实验室相关检测项目进行质量控制。结果表明:油漆涂料中铅含量测定的实验室内部质控样的最终定值为(84.9±0.59)mg/kg,可广泛应用于油漆涂料中铅含量的测定。Paint contained low lead was prepared for internal quality control sample by means of independent research and formula. Uniformity and stability of the paint samples were tested according to the 〈 CNAS-GL03:2006 ability validation sample homogeneity and stability evaluation guide 〉. Definite value measurement procedures was carried out with the guidelines strictly of 〈 ISO/REMCO guide 34 〉 and 〈 ISO/REMCO guide 35 〉 by multiple methods and laboratories . The lead-contenting paint as the laboratory internal quality control sample was used to monitor lab daily related projects. The results showed that the value of lead-contenting paint for internal quality control sample in laboratory were (84.9±0.59)mg/kg and could be widely used in determination of lead in paint.
