摘　　要：为适应单位内外网隔离的基础条件,确保用户对内业务交流畅通,研究并设计了基于内网的邮件系统。通过设计内网邮件系统的智能应用、与其他信息系统的信息共享机制、邮件收发的监督管理机制等实现系统的"高速、高效、高安全",提高用户行政办事效率。To be the basic precondition of department internal/external network separation and ensure internal transaction communicating smoothly, the intranet mail system of local network was investigated and designed.
