摘 要:目的探讨特殊手势交流技巧在心脏外科患者术前访视中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选取2012年9月至2014年8月在南通瑞慈医院择期实施心脏外科手术患者205例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为A、B两组,A组患者由重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)护士进行常规术前访视,B组患者除进行常规术前访视外,同时给予特殊手势交流技巧的宣教,比较两组患者术后焦虑情况、对护理工作的满意度以及护士护理精力。结果 B组患者术后焦虑情况明显较A组低,患者对护理工作的满意度较高,且护士花费精力少,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 ICU护士对心脏外科患者术前进行特殊手势交流技巧的宣教可降低患者焦虑水平,能提高患者对护理工作的满意度,减轻护士工作量。Objective To discuss the application effect of special gesture communication skills in the preoperative visit of patients in cardiac surgery department. Methods By convenience sampling, 205 patients were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B. The group A received routine preoperative visit by ICU nurses,and group B received special gesture communication skills education.The postoperative anxiety level, satisfaction towards nursing job and nurses' workload were compared. Results The postoperative anxiety level in group A was significantly lower than group B, and patients had a higher level of satisfaction towards nursing work, and nurses had less workloads (all P〉0.05).Conclusion The special gesture communication skills education before surgery can reduce patient's anxiety level, improve satisfaction level, and reduce the nurse workload.
