利比里亚中国维和分队疟疾防护知识的认知状况

摘　　要：目的了解利比里亚中国维和分队官兵疟疾防治知识认知状况,为维和分队开展疟疾防控工作提供建议。方法采用自制问卷对2012年3-11月中国第13批赴利比里亚维和医疗、运输、工兵3支分队的400名维和队员进行疟疾防护与传播情况的调查。结果参加维和的分队在国内待训期间均参加过疟疾防护的专业培训。执行任务期,3支分队虽预防用药的方案不尽相同,但均能预防服用抗疟药,并在每次服药时有排、连或军医等专人组织,外出执行任务均携带小孔径蚊帐等;3支分队"晚间外出着长衣裤"的官兵比例较低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3支分队均有漏服抗疟药的情况,其中医疗分队较严重(P<0.05);3支分队对任务区疟疾传播知识的知晓率均不高,其中医疗和运输分队相对较好,工兵分队相对较差。结论维和官兵的疟疾防护意识差,医疗分队队员相较其他分队具有专业优势,相关管理者应加强对维和队员疟疾传播和防护的教育和指导。Objective To understand the awareness of malaria prevention and treatment knowledge in members of Chinese peacekeeping contingents at Liberia,in order to provide recommendations about malaria control work for peacekeeping units.Methods Totally 400 members of the 13th Chinese peacekeeping contingent at Liberia were investigate by using self-designed questionnaire to identify their awareness of malaria control.Results All members of Chinese peacekeeping contingents at Liberia participated in the training. Three contingents had different plan in the prophylaxis drugs, but all took antimalarial. The medication was organized by military doctors each time, and the team carried with small-bore mosquito net. There were few officers and soldiers answered yes to question ＂evening out without long underwear＂ （P 〉0.05）. Three teams were all missing took antimalarial medication, especially in medical team （P〈0.05）. The aweaness of malaria spread knowledge in medical and transportation contigents was high, but low in engineering contigents. Conclusion Awareness of malaria in peacekeeping contingents was low, and the medical unit had the professional advantage, unit leader should pay attention to malaria prevention supervision and management.
