某海军部队官兵中暑知识认知情况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解某海军部队官兵中暑认知度情况,为基层部队开展系统性的健康教育培训提供依据。方法 2014年12月采用自制问卷调查表对某海军部队115名未接受过医疗教育的基层官兵进行调查。结果 115名调查对象中,57.4%对中暑一般了解,24.3%了解很少;25.2%曾受过部队培训;现有中暑知识测评正确率为8.2%;应对突发状况仅39.1%立即采取互救措施。结论基层官兵对中暑知识的知晓率、认知率低及知识掌握程度均较低,专业培训欠缺,建议基层部队普及中暑相关知识,提高官兵自救互救能力,降低中暑意外发生率。Objective To understand the awareness of heat illness among the officers and soldiers of a naval force,in order to provide reference for the systematic training. Methods A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted on 115 navy grassroots officers and soldiers without medical background. Results There were 57.4% of the 115 respondents had general knowledge about heat illness,24.3% understood little,and 25.2% had received military training.The correct rate of existing knowledge of heat illness was 8.2%,only 39.1 % took immediate aid measures in response to unexpected situations.Conclusion The awareness, cognition and proficiency of heat illness knowledge of grassroots officers and soldiers is low,the professional training is deficient. It is recommended that the grassroots units should be popularized with heat illness related knowledge,and improve self-help and mutual aid capabilities to reduce the accident rate.
