摘  要:为合理利用某极贫磁铁矿资源,对该矿石进行了矿石性质分析和可磨可选性、选矿条件、工艺流程等试验,确定了合理的选别工艺,即"阶段磨矿—单一磁选"工艺。通过预选及阶段磨选,得到了精矿品位66.58%的较好选别指标,并进行初步方案设计,为进一步开发该项资源和投资建厂提供了参考依据。Raw ore property analysis and several tests including grinding and separation ability tests, beneficiation condition test, process flow tests are conducted on a extremely--lean magnetite ore. A reasonable beneficiation process, which is stage grinding- single magnetic separation, is determined. A good beneficiation index, concentrate grade of 66.58%, is attained through preconcentration and stage grinding. Preliminary conceptual design is carried out, which provides a reference basis for further exploitation of this ore and investment in plant construction.
