兰炭末在烧结矿生产中的应用研究

摘　　要：为降低烧结矿成本,用兰炭做为燃料替代部分焦粉进行生产试验.试验结果表明,烧结时兰炭配比达到30%时,在燃料配比不增加的情况下所得烧结矿的软化性能,还原性能、还原粉化性能、转鼓强度等指标达到行业烧结矿标准,能满足炼铁对烧结矿产质量的要求,达到降本增效的目的。To decrease the cost of sinter production, test of substituting blue carbon for part of coke breeze as fuels in production is conducted. The test results show that when blue carbons make up 30% of the total fuels and proportion of fuels in production materials remains the same, indexes including softening properties, reduction performance, reduction disintegration properties and drum strength of produced sinters reach industrial standards for sinters and satisfy the quality requirements for iron--making sinters, which achieves the goal of reducing costs and improving productivity.
