摘  要:通过烧结杯试验研究了3种新进口矿粉的搭配使用对烧结矿的影响,结果表明A混合矿的加入使烧结过程透气性变好,烧结速度增加,成品率及转鼓指数略有降低。由于磁铁矿氧化放热使烧结矿燃耗降低,加入A矿后低温还原粉化指数变好,还原性保持较高水平,综合考虑烧结矿的产量及质量,W混合矿对烧结矿影响不大,适宜配加。The impact of using different combination of three new imported ore fines on sinter products is studied through smter pot tests. The results show that adding mixed ore A brings out better air permeability in sintering process, faster sintering speed, lower finished products yield and decreased tumbler index. As oxidization of magnetite gives off heat, fuel consumption for sintering process is reduced. After ore A is added, low--temperature reduction degradation index turns good and reducing property of ores remains in high level. Considering the output and quality of sinter products comprehensively, mixed ore A has little impact on sinters, suitable for adding in.
