浦东新区经济驱动因素及变动趋势的实证研究

摘　　要：基于卢卡斯的内生增长模型对浦东经济增长的驱动因素及其变动趋势进行了实证性研究。研究发现,(1)消费、投资、出口协同推进经济增长的局面开始形成;(2)技术创新、人力资本与产业升级取代资本和劳动成为经济增长的驱动因素;(3)产业结构升级对浦东经济增长的驱动作用已经显现。浦东未来应该基于现有外向型特点与经济发展基础,充分利用自贸区、自创区等国家战略,集聚国内外优势资源,从科技、人力资本、互联网+、产业等方面提升经济发展新能级。This article makes an empirical research on the driving factors and changing trend of Pudong＇s economic growth based on Lucas＇s endogenous growth model. The study shows that, （1） the situation on collaboration of consumption, investment and export to promote economic growth began to form; （2） technology innovation, human capital and industrial upgrading to replace capital and labor become drivers of economic growth; （3） Industrial structure upgrade has become a leading role in driving economic growth. And based on the existing export-oriented characteristics and economic development, Pudong in the future should make full use of FTA, National Autonomous Innovation Area as national strategy, gather domestic and foreign advantages resources and enhance new energy of the economic development from technology, human capital, Internet ＋, industry, etc.
