摘  要:改革开放以来,我国城乡居民食物结构发生了明显改变,由原来的单一原粮为主转变为以原粮为主,肉、蛋、奶为辅,均衡发展的模式。居民食物结构的变化对草地农业产生了重要影响,在畜种结构方面,猪所占比例逐渐下降,牛羊逐渐上升;在草原利用方式上,由传统农业逐步向草地农业过渡;在社会经济文化方面,草地农业将带来巨大的经济效益和生态效益,解决大量牧区剩余劳动力,使草原文化发扬光大。Since the reform and opening up, China's urban and rural residents" food structure altered significantly, from single unprocessed original structure to unprocessed food mainly, meat, eggs, milk, supplemented by a balanced pattern of development. Changes of the food structure had a significant impact on grassland livestock. In livestock structure, the proportion of pigs decreased gradually, and the proportion of cattle and sheep gradually raised; in the use patterns of the grasslands, traditional agriculture gradually changed to grassland agriculture; in the economic and cultural aspects, grassland agriculture will bring enormous economic and ecological benefits, save a lot of pastoral labor, and make the grassland culture to flourish.
