品管圈在降低老年急性心肌梗死病人低分子肝素皮下注射出血率中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨品管圈活动在降低老年急性心肌梗死病人低分子肝素皮下注射出血率中的作用。[方法]成立品管圈小组,确定降低低分子肝素皮下注射出血率为活动主题,拟订计划,对CCU低分子肝素皮下注射现状问题进行调查,原因分析,规范低分子肝素皮下注射标准化流程,圈员共同制定有效对策降低低分子皮下注射出血率,培训一线护理人员,运用于降低老年急性心肌梗死病人低分子肝素皮下注射出血率的全面质量改进。[结果]经过品管圈活动的实施,护士低分子肝素皮下注射相关知识的掌握、操作流程合格率有明显提高;病人皮下注射出血率由44.54%降低至22.98%;病人舒适度和满意度显著提高。[结论]开展品管圈活动有效地降低了老年急性心肌梗死病人低分子肝素皮下注射出血率,提高了病人的舒适度和满意度,同时提高了护理人员的工作能力,增强了团队凝聚力。Objective：To probe into the effect of quality control circle activity in reducing the bleeding rate of low molecular weight heparin in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods： the QCC group was es- tablished,the bleeding rate of low molecular weight heparin subcutaneous injection was taken as the active theme,and the plans were made to investigate the status quo of CCU low molecular heparin subcutaneous injec- tion and analyze the reasons. The standardization process of low molecular weight heparin subcutaneous injec- tion was standardized. The members made the effective measures together to reduce the bleeding rate of low molecular weight subcutaneous injection. The front- line nursing personnel were trained, which was used for comprehensive quality improvement of reducing the elderly acute myocardial infarction patients with low molec- ular weight heparin subcutaneous injection bleeding rate. Results： After the implementation of QCC activities, the nurses＇ mastering of relevant knowledge of low molecular weight heparin subcutaneous injection and pass rate of operation flow were significantly improved; the patient＇s subcutaneous injection bleeding rate reduced from 44.54% to 22. 98%;the patients＇ comfort and satisfaction were increased significantly. Conclusion： The development of QCC activity could effectively reduce the bleeding rate of low molecular weight heparin subcuta-neous irtjection in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction,improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients, and improve the ability of nursing personnel, and enhance the cohesion of team.
