摘 要:采用溶-胶凝胶及水热法制备了铁掺杂的纳米TiO_2光催化材料.采用X射线衍射、X光电子能谱和紫外-可见漫反射等方法对铁掺杂的纳米TiO_2光催化材料进行了表征.以三氯乙烯作为目标污染物,研究了铁掺杂的二氧化钛的光催化性能.结果表明,Fe-TiO_2对光的吸收拓展到可见光范围内,铁掺杂后TiO_2催化剂有更多的表面羟基,这些表面羟基的存在有利于有机物在催化剂表面的吸附,同时还能捕获光生空穴形成·OH氧化有机污染物.适量Fe掺杂有利于提高TiO_2光催化性能.The nanopaticles of TiO2 doped with iron are synthesized by sol-gel followed hydrothermal method.Its properties are investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy.The photocatalytic activities of the samples were evaluated for degradation of trichloro ethylene under visible light irradiation.The results show that iron doping causes the absorption edge of TiO2 to shift to the visible-light region.Meanwhile,the iron doped TiO2 sample has more amount of surface·OH group than that of undoped TiO2 sample,which would benefit to the adsorption of organic compound as well as capture the photo-generated hole to form hydroxyl radical.Appropriate amount of the doped iron ions are good for improving the photocatalytic performance.
