摘 要:以罗丹明B、水合肼及9-蒽甲醛为原料,合成了一种新型化学传感器AR.其在体积比为1的乙醇/水溶液中能高选择性地识别Cu^(2+),同时在557nm处有显著的紫外吸收,溶液颜色由无色变为紫色.在AR与Cu^(2+)结合后,该体系对S^(2-)显示较高的专属性,且也能引起裸眼颜色变化.此外,通过核磁滴定、EDTA滴定实验验证AR与Cu^(2+)的识别机理为可逆性识别.该探针还可制成溶液和试纸检测1mmol/L级别含Cu^(2+)水样.因此,构建了一种新的基于罗丹明B的高选择性连续识别Cu^(2+)和S^(2-)的可逆型化学传感器.A new type chemosensor AR based on rhodamine B and 9-anthraldehyde has been synthesized.It was found that in ethanol-water(1∶1)mixing solution,AR could selectively recognized with copper ion and induced a remarkable absorption peak at 557 nm with the color of the solution changed from colorless to purple simultaneously.Upon forming AR-Cu2+ complex,S2- could be selectively recognized with the"naked eye"change.In addition,the recognition mechanism of AR and Cu2+has been proven by 1H NMR titration and EDTA addition experiment.Moreover,AR also can be loaded as test paper for detectiong Cu2+with mmol/L level in water solution.Therefore,a new rhodamine B based reversible chemosensor that can highly selective and consecutively recognize with Cu2+ and S2- is developed.
