摘 要:采用模压成型和高温烧结法制备了添加生物玻璃的β-磷酸三钙(β-TCP)多孔生物陶瓷.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了所制备粉末的物相,研究了生物玻璃粉末加入量对β-TCP多孔生物陶瓷力学性能及微观结构的影响.实验结果表明:采用固相烧结法可制得纯度较高的β-TCP和呈非晶态的生物玻璃粉末;生物玻璃的加入可明显提高β-TCP多孔生物陶瓷的抗压强度,当其含量为20%时,抗压强度可达29.2 MPa;β-TCP生物多孔陶瓷的抗压强度随致孔剂含量的增加而降低.当生物玻璃含量为15%,致孔剂含量为33%时β-TCP生物多孔陶瓷具有适宜的强度和微观孔结构,适合用作骨软骨组织工程支架.The porous β-TCP bioceramics with bioglass were prepared by compression molding and high temperature sintering method. The phase of β-TCP, bioglass and β-TCP bioceramics were analyzed by X-Ray Diffraction(XRD), and the effect of content of bioglass on and mechanical property and structure were analyzed. The results show that the high purity β-TCP and amor- phous bioglass powder can be obtained by solid sintering method The compressive strength of porous TCP bioceramics is significantly enhanced by adding bioglass, and can reach about 29.2 MPa,when the content of bioglass is 20%. the ceramic with 15% bioglass content and 33% pore- forming agent has suitable strength and micro pore structure, can be used as bone and cartilage tissue engineering scaffolds.
