摘  要:目的探讨氟哌利多对吗啡成瘾大鼠尾核内磷酸化c AMP反应元件结合蛋白(p-CREB)表达的影响。方法大鼠皮下注射递增剂量吗啡,建立吗啡成瘾动物模型。然后侧脑室注射氟哌利多,用免疫组织化学方法测定尾核内p-CREB表达。结果大鼠吗啡成瘾后,尾核内p-CREB表达增加;侧脑室注射氟哌利多后,成瘾大鼠尾核内p-CREB表达降低。结论尾核参与吗啡成瘾的过程。氟哌利多抑制吗啡成瘾诱导的尾核内p-CREB表达。Objective To determine the effects of droperidol on the p-CREB expression in the caudate nucleus of morphine dependent rats. Methods A physical dependent model in rats was established by subcutaneous injection of morphine. Droperidol was injected into lateral ven- tricles. The levels of p-CREB in the caudate nucleus of morphine dependent rats were detected by immunohistochemistry method. Results The levels of p-CREB in the caudate nucleus of morphine dependent rats were increased. After the administration of droperidol, the expression of p-CREB in the caudate nucleus of morphine dependent rats was decreased. Conclusion The caudate nucleus maybe involves in the morphine dependence. Droperidol inhibits mor- phine-induced increase of p-CREB in the caudate nucleus.
