摘  要:建筑节能已是能源安全与可持续发展的重要环节。相变材料(PCM)具有储能功能,将之用于建材,可赋予建筑自动调温性能,并减少人工能源能耗,已日趋成为建筑节能的物质基础。PCM在建筑节能中主要起免费供冷和削峰填谷作用,多以与传统建材复合的应用形式出现。主要介绍了PCM的分类与选择通则,综述了PCM在建筑节能方面的应用研究进展,并展望了该领域未来发展方向。At present,the building energy efficiency is an important part of energy security and sustainable development.As a category of energy storage substance,phase change materials(PCM)have increasingly become the material basis for building energy efficiency because they can give building temperature self-adjusting performance when being used as building materials,and thus reducing artificial energy consumption.PCM mainly play the roles of free cooling and peak load shifting in building energy saving,which are mostly present in the form of composite body with traditional building materials in the building.Classification and selection general of PCM are firstly introduced,then research progress on application of PCM in energy saving building are reviewed.The trend of the development of PCM for building energy efficiency is prospected in addition.
