摘  要:以Mg-xSn-1.5Al-1Zn-1Si合金为研究对象,分析了Sn含量、拉伸温度及断口形貌对高温力学性能的影响。结果表明:Sn含量对高温强度和塑性均有较大影响,随着Sn含量的增加,合金的高温强度和塑性均出现先升高后减小的趋势,Sn为5%时合金的强韧性达到较佳配合。合金的强度指标随温度升高而下降,200℃及以下条件下降低幅度不大,塑性指标随温度升高而增加,200℃及以上条件下变化显著。对于不同Sn含量的合金,高温拉伸断口形貌相似,都属于典型的韧性断裂,形貌特征与力学性能十分吻合。With experimental data of Mg-xSn-1.5Al-1Zn-1Si magnesium alloy,effects of Sn content,stretching temperature and fracture morphology on high temperature mechanical properties were discussed.The results indicated that Sn content had great influence on strength and plasticity,with the increase of Sn content,its strength and plasticity all presented a trend of increase first and then decrease,its strength and plasticity matched better when Sn content was 5%.The strength index decreased with the increase of temperature,at 200℃and below 200℃the variety scope of strength was small,while the plasticity index increased with the increase of temperature,the variety was evident at200 ℃ and above 200 ℃.For the alloy of different Sn content,the fracture morphology of high temperature tensile was similar,fracture mode was typical ductile fracture,and the characteristics of morphologies agreed well with mechanical properties.
