摘 要:用单辊快淬法制备Fe_(80-x)Co_xZr_8Ge_2B_(10)(x=0,8,16)非晶合金,再对3种合金进行不同温度下退火处理。利用差热分析仪(DTA)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)等测试手段对样品的热性能、微观结构及磁性能进行研究。结果表明,Fe_(80-x)Co_xZr_8Ge_2B_(10)(x=0,8,16)合金在快淬态时均形成非晶。Fe_(80)Zr_8Ge_2B_(10)和Fe_(72)Co_8Zr_8Ge_2B_(10)的晶化过程类似,比较复杂;Fe_(64)Co_(16)Zr_8Ge_2B_(10)合金的晶化过程不同于其他两种合金,相对简单。3种合金的比饱和磁化强度整体上随着Co含量的增加而增大。Fe80-xCoxZr8Ge2B10(x=0,8,16)amorphous ribbons were prepared by the single roller melt-spinning and isothermally annealed at different temperatures.Microstructure,thermal property and magnetic property of samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),differential thermal analysis(DTA)and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The results show that the Fe80-xCoxZr8Ge2B10(x=0,8,16)alloys as-quenched all form amorphous.The crystallization processes of Fe80Zr8Ge2B10 and Fe72Co8Zr8Ge2B(10) alloys are similar and complicated.The crystallization process of Fe64Co16Zr8Ge2B10 alloy is different from other alloys and relatively simple.The specific saturation magnetization of three alloys increases with addition of Co content.
