摘  要:采用单因素和套设计的完全随机设计分别进行基质和激素对旱冬瓜(Alnus nepalensis)扦插生根的影响试验。结果,基质试验的穗条总生根率为6.67%~34.44%,其中皮部、愈伤和混合生根率分别为3.33%-14.44%、2.22%-18.89%、1.11%-10.00%;激素试验中,总的生根率达15.00%~50.00%,其中皮部和愈伤生根率分别为5.00%-45.00%、0.00%~20.00%。基质试验的皮部、愈伤和混合生根苗木的一级根数分别为2.0~4.2、1.0—2.4、3.0~7.9条/株,激素试验的皮部和愈伤一级根数则分别为1.7—13.0、0.0—11.0条/株。0.1g/LIBA提高总的和皮部生根率,0.2g/LIAA则提高愈伤生根率;基质扦插苗木的一级根长和根直径分别为4.01~8.01cm、0.802~0.946mm,其根与新芽的烘干生物量为0.078~0.580、0.075—0.164g/株。保水性和通透性均衡,即等量森林土与珍珠岩混合的基质促进生根和提高根的生物量积累。The design of one-factor and four-factor-nested with completely randomized experimental methods were applied to trail effects of matrices and hormones on rooting traits of Alnus nepalensis rooted cutting. The results showed that total rooted percent of matrix trial was from 6. 67% to 34. 44%, among which rooted percents of cortex, callus, mixed cortex and callus were from 3.33% to 14. 44%, 2. 22% to 18.89% and 1.11% to 10. 00% respectively. The total rooted percent of hormone experiment was from 15.00% to 50. 00%, among which rooted percents of cortex and callus were from 5.00% to 45.00% and 0. 00% to 20. 00% respectively. The first class root numbers of cortex, callus and mixed rooted seedlings in matrix trial were from 2. 0 to 4. 2, 1.0 to 2. 4 and 3.0 to 7.9 root/seedling respective- ly, which of cortex and callus in hormone test were from 1.7 to 13.0 and 0. 0 to 11.0 root/seedling respectively. The 0. 1 g/L IBA solution treated the cuttings could improve total and cortex rooting percents, and the 0. 2 g/L IAA solution treated the cuttings could facilitate callus rooting percent. The lengths and diameters of the first class roots were from 4. 01 to 8. 01 cm and 0. 802 to O. 946 mm respectively, and the oven-dried biomass of seedling roots and new sprouting buds were from 0. 078 to 0. 580 and 0. 075 to 0. 164 g/seedling in the matrix trial respectively. Matrix was balanced of water retention and permeability, in terms of mixing equivalent forest soil and perlite, which improved rooting percents and seedling biomass accumulation.
