摘　　要：作为重要的社会弱势群体,我国农村残疾人面临着诸多发展困境。通过分析农村残疾人发展困境内涵,从残疾类型、群体特性、社会环境等角度探讨其发展困境,并借鉴标签理论、能力贫困理论、社会排斥理论对其致困因素进行理论上的解析,提出以残助残、专业社会工作介入等脱困对策,为农村残疾人构建积极和谐的发展环境提供理论借鉴。As a typical social vulnerable group,the disabled persons in rural area face many problems.Through the analysis of their connotation development dilemma,this article discussed the specific content of the development dilemma in terms of disability type,group characteristics,social environment and so on.Based on labeling theory,ability poverty theory,social exclusion theory,authors analyzed the causes of this situation.Also they attempted to put forward countermeasures such as mutual help among the disabled persons and intervention with professional social work,in order to construct harmonious and positive development environment for them.
