摘 要:以浮石为主要原料,成功制备了硅酸盐水泥熟料.研究了不同煅烧条件对熟料的影响.利用相图并结合XRD分析法确定熟料的矿物组成,利用SEM观察熟料的形貌.对熟料的力学性能测试结果显示,28d抗压强度能达到35 MPa左右;水化产物SEM形貌分析表明,水化产物主要为C-S-H凝胶,Aft及CH晶体,形态正常,且随着水化龄期的增长,水化产物越丰富,生成的水泥石结构越致密.The portland cement clinker was successfully produced using pumice as the principal ma- terials. Effects of different calcine temperature on cement clinker were studied. Phase compositions of clinker were confirmed by combining the phase diagram with X-ray diffraction. Microstructures of clink- er were analyzed by scanning electron microscope. From the result of mechanical property showed that the compression strength of clinker can be reached 35MPa. The result of scanning electron microscope showed that the main hydrating products were CSH gels, AFt and CH crystals, the morphology of which were normal. With the prolongation of hydrating age, the hydrating products were richer and the cement paste was densified.
