摘 要:对1952—2014年全球主要区域专利数据库相关文献和雾霾专利申请数据的研究显示:中国申请人的雾霾专利年申请量自2011年开始增长迅速,向海外专利申请的意识逐渐加强;各国申请人在中国进行专利申请的力度日渐加大;中国相关技术研发处于快速发展期,其他国家和地区处于衰退期;净化装置、治理方法、防护装置是各国的研发重点,中国在各个技术分支上均有明显优势。中国在雾霾治理领域已经具备一定的技术水平,今后应积极向国外新兴市场提出申请,跟踪研究主要竞争对手的专利布局情况,将可能的知识产权风险降到最小。This article studied the literature and haze technology patent application data from 1952—2014in the world's major regional patent database. The results show that the number of patent application for haze technology from Chinese has had a rapid growth since 2011, and that the awareness of overseas patent application is on the increase as well as the number of patent applications in China from all over the world.China is experiencing a rapid development of technology research and development while other countries and regions are in a technological recession. China has obvious advantages in researches of purification plant,methods of control and protection device which are the focus of the world. China has reached a certain level in the fields of haze controlling and we should apply to the emerging markets abroad actively,tracking the patent layout situation of the main competitors,minimizing the possible risk of intellectual property right.
