FDI对我国技术创新能力溢出的门槛效应探析

摘　　要：选择我国30个省市自治区2002—2013年面板数据,建立计量模型,从经济发展水平、经济结构和人力资本三个方面检验外商直接投资(FDI)对我国技术创新溢出的门槛效应。结果表明:FDI对技术创新溢出具有正向效应;经济发展水平对FDI技术创新溢出效应的发挥不具有门槛效应,但经济发展结构和人力资本对FDI技术创新溢出具有门槛效应。Selecting panel data from 2002 to 2013 of 30 provinces and cities in our country, establish econometric model, and analyze the threshold effect of foreign direct investment （FDI） on technology innovation from the lev- el of economic development, economic structure and human capital. The results show that： FDI has positive effect on technology innovation overflow; Economic development level of FDI spillover effect of technology innovation has no threshold effect play, but the structure of economic development and human capital overflow has a thresh- old effect of FDI technology innovation.
