摘 要:目的了解金昌队列人群代谢综合征的患病状况,探讨代谢综合征各组分的特点及病种组合构成,为预防代谢综合征的发病提供科学依据。方法采用中华医学会糖尿病学分会代谢综合征的诊断标准(CDS2004),对2011-2014年进入金昌队列的45 410例具有完整资料的队列人群进行分析。结果金昌队列人群代谢综合征患病率为15.5%,其中男性为18.6%,女性为10.7%,标化患病率分别为14.3%、16.9%和10.8%。代谢综合征相关疾病单病种患病率为14.1%~45.5%,标化患病率为13.0%~43.8%,从大到小依次为血脂异常、超重或肥胖、高血压、高血糖。高血压+超重或肥胖+血脂异常组合是代谢综合征最常见的组合,占代谢综合征的45.6%。结论中年人群具有较高的患病风险,应作为监控和干预的重点。血脂异常以及超重或肥胖的防治是预防代谢综合征发病的重要环节。Objective To understand the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in the Jinchang cohort, and to explore the characteristics of metabolic syndrome components and the proportion of various disease combinations, to provide a basis for the prevention of metabolic syndrome. Methods The 45 410 people who were enrolled into the cohort from 2011 to 2014 with complete data were analyzed using The Chinese Diabetes Society's diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome (CDS 2004). Results The prevalence of metabolic syndrome was 15.5% in the Jinchang cohort and higher in males (18.6%) than females (10.7%), the standardized prevalence rate was 10.8%, 16.9% and 14.3% respectively. The prevalence of individual metabolic syndrome related disease was 14.1% to 45.5%, and the standardized prevalence rate ranged from 13.0% to 43.8%. Metabolic syndrome components, in descending order in prevalence, were dyslipidemia, hypertension, overweight or obesity, and hyperglycemia. Hypertension, overweight or obese, and hypercholesterolemia were the most common combination of metabolic syndrome components, accounting for 45.6% of the metabolic syndrome. Conclusion Middle-aged individuals have a high risk of illness and constitute an important population for monitoring and intervention. The key to reducing the incidence of metabolic syndrome is the prevention of dyslipidemia and overweight or obesity.
