摘  要:为明确稻壳水浸提液对小麦(Triticu maestivum L.)和小麦田伴生植物大巢菜(Vicia sativa L.)、日本看麦娘(Aloecurus japonicus Steud.)生长与生理的影响,采用室内培养皿法分别研究了水稻稻壳水浸提液对小麦及其伴生植物苗高、苗鲜重、根长、根鲜重、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量等指标的影响。结果表明,0.040 g/m L以上浓度水稻稻壳水浸提液处理后,小麦苗高、苗鲜重、根长、根鲜重受到显著抑制,日本看麦娘根长、大巢菜地上部分生长受到明显抑制。稻壳水浸提液胁迫下3种受试植物叶片POD活性与MDA含量均呈逐渐上升趋势,而SOD活性呈逐渐下降趋势,它们共同作用,加速了受试植物叶片的衰老。据此认为稻壳水浸液具有一定的化感作用,其对小麦及其伴生植物的影响将有助于稻壳资源的开发和利用。To figure out the effect of water extract from rice husk on growth and physiology of the Triticum aestivum L. , Vicia sativa L. and Aloecurus japonicus Steud. , typical indices changes of wheat and two accompanying plants, such as seedling height, seedling fresh weight, root length, root fresh weight, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity , peroxidase (POD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content, were studied in the laboratory. The results indicated that, seedling height, seedling fresh weight, root fresh weight of wheat, and the root length and seedling height of A. japonicus Steud. and V. sativa L. , were inhibited significantly by water extract from rice husk with the concentration more than 0. 040g/mL. In addition, three kinds of leaves were tested with water extract from rice husk. The results showed that both POD activity and MDA contents were increased dose - dependently, while SOD activity was decreased dose - dependently, which means the senescence of tested leaves were accelerated. Consequently, water extract from rice husk has the allelopathic effect on wheat and its accompanying plants, which will be help to the exploitation and utilization of rice husk.
