摘　　要：学术民主管理的实质是学术权力与行政权力达到协调共生,其实践逻辑是建立和完善学术委员会的运行机制。南京农业大学学术委员会的改革与探索证明,学术民主管理虽是一个复杂的系统工程,但亦能在实践中不断完善。The essence of academic democratic management is to coordinate academic power and administrative power to achieve the symbiosis. Academic democratic management is achieved through establishing a perfect operating mechanism for the academic committee. In this paper,The reform process by the Academic Committee of Nanjing Agricultural University showed that academic democratic management is a complicated system project,however,it can realize a sustained improvement in the practice.
