摘　　要：目的建立三白灌肠液的薄层鉴别方法。方法运用TLC法建立三白灌肠液中防风、当归、白芷的鉴别方法。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,空白样品无干扰。结论该方法简便、精确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish the TLC Standards of Sanbai enema. Methods Radix sileris,Angelica sinensis,Angelica dahurica in Sanbai enema were identified by TLC. Results The TLC spots were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility,and the method can be used for quality control of Sanbai enema.
