中心静脉压监测在重度烧伤休克期补液中的应用及护理措施分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析中心静脉压监测在重度烧伤患者的休克补液阶段应用效果。方法对2012年6月~2013年6月我院34例重度烧伤患者进行研究分析,全部患者都接受锁骨下深静脉置入中心静脉导管,对患者的中心静脉压进行监测和护理。结果全部患者接受中心静脉通道建立后,立即进行输液,患者的休克症状得到改善,患者没有静脉栓塞和静脉炎等并发症出现。结论中心静脉压监测应用于重度烧伤休克期补液治疗的患者具有好的效果,能够对临床护理工作和治疗工作起到良好的促进效果,对挽救患者的生命以及改善患者生存质量有帮助。Objective To study the effect of central venous pressure monitoring in the stage of shock fluid infusion in severe burn patients. Methods From June 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital 34 cases of severe burn patients to carry out research and analysis,all patients underwent a central venous catheter inserted central venous catheter,the central venous pressure monitoring and nursing. Results All patients received central venous access, immediately after the infusion, the patient＇s shock symptoms had been greatly improved,the patients did not venous embolism and phlebitis and other complications. Conclusion Central venous pressure monitoring in patients with severe burn shock stage has a very good effect,and can promote the clinical nursing work and treatment work, to save the patient＇s life and improve the quality of life of patients.
