围术期护理干预模式对中耳炎乳突根治术患者舒适度及满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的分析围术期护理干预模式对中耳炎乳突根治术患者舒适度及满意度的影响。方法研究选取的对象是2013年4月~2014年4月来我院行中耳炎乳突根治术患者90例,随机将其分为两组,比较两组护理效果及患者护理满意度。结果对照组总效率为88.89%,低于观察组97.78%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=16.394 7,P〈0.05）;对照组护理满意度为91.11%,低于观察组100%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=17.289 6,P〈0.05）。结论围术期护理干预模式在中耳炎乳突根治术患者中,具有良好临床效果。Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing intervention model on comfort degree and satisfaction degree of patients with otitis media. Methods 90 cases of patients with otitis media in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were divided into two groups randomly. The effect of nursing and nursing satisfaction was compared between the two groups. Results In the control group,the total effective rate was 88.89%,significantly lower than the observation group 97.78%,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=16.394 7,P〈0.05）. The control group of nursing satisfaction was 91.11%,significantly lower than the observation group 100%,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=17.289 6,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention model has good clinical effect in patients with otitis media,and has good clinical effect.
