摘　　要：目的对输卵管妊娠开腹手术和腹腔镜手术围术期护理效果进行详细探讨。方法在我院2014年8月~2015年8月收治的输卵管妊娠开腹手术和腹腔镜手术患者中随机选取130例,对其临床治疗资料和护理效果进行分析。结果在输卵管妊娠患者中行开腹手术68例,经腹腔镜手术62例,所有患者在手术持续时间、伤口感染率等方面差异无统计学意义。在出血量、治疗时间和患者出现腹腔粘连方面采用腹腔镜手术的发生率较开腹手术要低。结论开腹手术和腹腔镜手术对输卵管妊娠患者有效,但进行腹腔镜手术可以在一定程度上降低对伤口的伤害,缩短患者康复时间,实施围术期护理简单。Objective The paper elaborated the study on the effect of perioperative nursing for fallopian tube pregnancy laparotomy and laparoscopic operation. Methods The data of 130 patients who were treated with fallopian tube pregnancy laparotomy and laparoscopic operation from August,2014 to August,2015 in our hospital. Results There were no significant difference in duration of operation and wound infection rate for all fallopian tube pregnancy patients,including 68 patients for laparotomy and 62 patients for laparoscopic operation. Laparoscopic operation was less likely to have bad results on aspects of amount of bleeding,treatment and peritoneal adhesion than laparotomy. Conclusion Laparotomy and laparoscopic operation are both effective for fallopian tube pregnancy patients,but laparoscopic operation can be less harmful for wounds to a certain degree,can shorten the recovery time of patients and can be easier for perioperative nursing.
