人性化护理在手术室护理中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察人性化护理在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院收治的204例手术患者作为研究对象,其中102例实施常规护理(对照组),其余102例实施人性化护理(观察组),对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理质量评分>90分的比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理中应用人性化护理,能够提高护理满意度和护理质量。Objective To observe the effect of humane care in applications of the operating room nursing. Methods 204 cases in our hospital research subjects,and 102 cases used humanistic care（observation group）,102 used example usual care（control group）,then compared two groups of patients care benefits. Results The quality of care of patients with score 90 points were significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanistic nursing care in the operating room,can significantly improve nursing satisfaction and quality of care.
