摘  要:采用菌丝生长速率法,测试了木醋液与化学农药混配对人参黑斑病菌菌丝生长抑制的增效作用及最适比例优选。结果表明:7种供试药剂中,木醋液与达科宁混配时,毒力比率均<1,表现为拮抗作用;木醋液与克菌丹混配比例为9∶1时,毒力比率>1,为1.12,表现为相加作用。另外5种供试药剂与木醋液混配,均表现不同程度的增效作用。共毒系数测定结果表明:木醋液与福美双、代森锰锌混配的共毒系数分别为385.36和749.00,均远>100,为增效作用。木醋液与福美双、代森锰锌混配可有效抑制人参黑斑病菌菌丝的生长,为进一步进行田间药效试验奠定了基础。Mycelial growth rate method was used to assess the synergistic effect of wood vinegar and chemical pesticide complexes on inhibiting the mycelial growth of Alternaria Panax,and the optimal mixing ratio was screened.The results showed that among the seven chemical pesticides,the toxicity ratio(TR)of Chlorothalonil mixed with wood vinegar was less than 1.0,expressed as antagonism.When the proportion of wood vinegar to Captan was 9∶1,the TR was higher than 1.0and reached 1.12,appeared as the additive effect.The other five pesticides also revealed different synergistic effects when mixed with wood vinegar.The co-toxicity coefficient(CTC)testing results showed that CTC values of Thiram and Mancozeb mixed with wood vinegar were 385.36 and 749.00,respectively,far greater than than 100.Thiram or Mancozeb mixed with wood vinegar had synergistic effects,and could effectively inhibit the mycelial growth of Alternaria panax Whetz.These works laid the foundation for the further field trial.
