基于IPA分析法的延边专业农场农业经营能力评价

摘　　要：基于吉林省延边州121户专业农场的调查数据,运用因子分析法和IPA法,评价延边地区专业农场经营者农业经营能力。结果表明:专业农场经营者在与家庭成员关系处理方面、农产品销售、信息收集整理等方面能力相对较高,而财务管理方面存在一些不足。因此,今后应着重加强对经营者财务管理方面的培训,注入企业化的经营管理理念和方法,培育现代化经营模式的专业农场。Based on the survey data of jilin yanbian 121 families farm,using factor analysis and IPA,make the evaluation of agricultural management capability of yanbian area specialized farm operators.The results showed that the specializedfarm operators in handling relations with family members,agricultural products sales,information collected abilities are relatively high.There is insufficient in the financial management.So in the future we should focus on strengthening the financial management of the operator training,put the enterprise management ideas and methods into the family farm management.In order to cultivating modern management pattern of the family farm.
