关于美国英格尔伍德市可持续规划设计的探讨——通向英格尔伍德的“绿色通道”

摘　　要：位于美国加州西南部的小城市英格尔伍德,有着绚丽的"南部海湾的宝石"的声誉,拥有得天独厚的地理位置和有利的区位条件,然而近年来该城市出现了经济萧条、失业率升高、犯罪率升高、政府补贴性住房匮乏、人工及自然环境恶化等一系列城市问题,同时在该城市实施的TOD(Transit-Oriented-Program)项目在给其带来机遇的同时也伴随着不利的影响。鉴于此,本文旨在通过合理的规划设计和探讨提出英格尔伍德市新的理想化的发展方向和具有实际意义的有效方案。此外,抓准时机,通过与美国Metro公司合作的TOD轻轨建设项目,建立"绿色通道"战略,重振英格尔伍德市的发展,使其变得富有活力、吸引力,从而走向一条可持续发展的道路。Located in Southern California,the city of Inglewood has the reputation that＂Jewel of South Bay＂and also has advantageous geographical position and convenient connection to surrounding districts.However,recently,the city of Inglewood is going through a downhill path of a series of city problems such as economic depression,high unemployment rate,insufficient affordable housing opportunities,and environmental degradation.In the meantime,the project site is one of the beneficial as well as the affected areas that are experiencing the potential environmental impacts brought by the TOD project a Light Rail line cooperated with ＂Metro＂to build a Station on Florence Avenue in north boundary of downtown Inglewood.Based on this,the paper aims to provide the potential urban planning scheme the strategy of creating a Green Gateway to Inglewood to revitalize its downtown area,to attract more people to step into the Gate and enjoy the life inside.Besides,the author also works hard to create more effective catalytic programs of the sustainable development for the site.
