摘  要:对X90管线钢管管体、焊缝和热影响区在不同温度下进行示波冲击试验,并对曲线的特征值进行分析。结果表明:X90管线钢管管体示波冲击曲线随着试验温度的降低,由只产生稳定裂纹扩展逐渐变为产生不稳定裂纹扩展,管体韧脆转变温度约为-90℃;焊缝示波冲击曲线都产生不稳定裂纹扩展,随着试验温度的降低,不稳定裂纹扩展愈发明显,焊缝韧脆转变温度约为-50℃;热影响区示波冲击曲线随着试验温度的降低,由稳定裂纹扩展逐渐变为不稳定裂纹扩展,热影响区韧脆转变温度约为-60℃。The X90 line pipe, weld and HAZ were studied by instrumental impact experiment at different temperature, and the characteristic value of curve was analyzed. The result showed that as temperature decreases, the curve of X90 grade steel pipe changes gradually from only generating stable crack growth to unstable crack growth. The ductile-brittle transition temperature is about -90℃; The weld demonstrates unstable crack growth, with lower temperature, unstable crack growth is becoming increasing apparent. The ductile-brittle transition temperature is about -50 ℃. As temperature decreases, the curve of HAZ changes gradually from generating stable crack growth to unstable crack growth. The ductile-brittle transition temperature is about -60℃.
