摘  要:为了解决深部破碎围岩动压巷道治理难题,运用UDEC数值计算软件,揭示了破碎围岩动压巷道的变形破坏机制,提出了相应的控制对策;结合现场实际,最终提出了基于锚索与注浆的支护加固方案,并进行了现场应用及效果监测。数值计算及监测结果表明:巷道围岩的变形破坏是渐进发展的,局部关键部位的破坏将导致围岩其他部位失稳,帮部的控制对巷道整体的稳定性起到了关键性作用,应为支护加固的重点;加固方案实施后,在工作面回采期间,支护体系受力状态良好,锚索受力处于较佳水平,巷道围岩变形明显减小,最大顶板下沉量和两帮收敛量分别为75 mm和309 mm,相比加固前分别减少了53.1%和68.5%,最大底鼓量为268 mm,减少了66.5%。基于锚索与注浆的支护加固技术可以保证巷道的长期稳定,保障企业安全生产。In order to solve the problem of governance for dynamic pressurized tunnel with crushed surrounding rock,the deformation and failure mechanism of the tunnel was revealed by using numerical calculation softwwere of UDEC,and the control countermeasures were put forward. The supporting reinforcement scheme based on anchor cable and grouting was put forward,then field application and effect monitoring were implemented. Numerical calculation and monitoring results showed that the deformation and failure of tunnel was a process of gradual development,the failure of local key parts caused instability of the other parts of tunnel,and the control of sides played a key role in the stability of tunnel,it should be the focus of supporting reinforcement. After the supporting reinforcement scheme was implemented,the force of supporting system was in a good condition during the mining,cable force was at a better level,and the deformation of tunnel decreased obviously,the maximum deformation of roof and sides was 75 mm and 309 mm,which decreased by 53. 1% and 68. 5%,and the maximum deformation of floor was 268 mm,which decreased by 66. 5%. The supporting reinforcement technology based on anchor cable and grouting could guarante the long- term stability of the tunnel,and could ensure the safe production of the coal mine.
