摘 要:为降低制备水煤浆超细煤粉时的能耗,采用高压水射流粉碎工艺和传统球磨机粉碎工艺对煤样进行粉碎,通过控制磨煤时间,在保证2种工艺制备的煤样粒度基本相同的基础上,对获得的超细煤粉所需能耗进行了分析。结果表明,高压水射流粉碎技术不但达到了制备超细煤粉的粒度要求,且其能耗仅为传统球磨粉碎能耗的1/10~1/6;获得的超细煤粉颗粒表面光洁、无杂质粘附,且颗粒之间无连接,有利于分选,并具有高的成浆率和堆积效率。In order to reduce energy consumption during preparing ultrafine pulverized coal of coal water slurry,the high pressure water jet comminution technique and the traditional ball mill grinding technique were adopted to crush coal samples,by controlling the grinding time,based on ensuring the same coal particle size,the paper analyzed their required energy consumption. The results showed that high pressure water jet comminution technology not only met the requirements of the preparation of ultrafine pulverized coal particle size,and its energy consumption was only 1 /10 ~ 1 /6 of traditional ball mill grinding energy consumption. The acquired ultrafine pulverized coal particles with high pressure water jet comminution technology had smooth surface,no impurities adhesion,no connection between particles,which was beneficial to separation,and with high rate of water slurry and accumulation efficiency.
