微课在手术室专科护士教育培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨微课在手术室专科护士教育培训中的应用方法及效果。方法从微课准备、微课实施、效果确认三个环节进行教育培训探索。结果微课的引入激活培训的氛围、提升护士们的学习能力、促进培训实施者的业务成长。同时也对组织者提出更高的要求,对培训模式也进一步地完善。结论以视频为核心的微课教学平台的搭建,是手术室专科护士教育的一个良好的辅助培训方法,可以有效提高教育培训效果。Objective To detect the method and the effectiveness of micro - lecture in the training for specialized nurses in the operation room. Methods The study of micro - lecture was evaluated through three procedures, including the preparation, implementation and effect confirmation of micro - lecture. Results The application of micro - lecture could activate the learning atmosphere, enhance the ability of nurses＇study and promote the business growth of trainers as well. In the meantime, more demands would be proposed for organizers, and micro - lecture helps to advance the exploration of training models. Conclusion The building of micro - lecture platform performed by the teaching videos is an excellent auxiliary training method for the specialized nurses education in operation room, which could promote the effectiveness of educational training.
