摘　　要：目的了解本校任职教育学员的满意度。方法应用自制问卷,调查任职教育学员对本校各方面培训工作的评价等。结果学员对本校教学管理服务工作中满意度最高的是教学理念、职业道德教育、专业技能培训(满意度得分分别为3.98、3.89、3.83分),大多数学员认为本校的培训针对性很强(61.1%);学时安排合理(49.5%),尤其最高学历是硕士、职称是副高的学员;认为培训对提升自己的岗位胜任力有很大帮助(54.8%),尤其单位是医院或疗养院、职称是中级、军队中医实用技能培训班学员。结论本校任职教育学员对教学管理服务工作总体较满意,不同群体学员之间有差异;各项培训工作较好地体现任职教育的基本特点,教学水平较高。Objective To analyze the professional education students＇ satisfaction in our university. Methods With self - made questionnaires, the appraisals of professional education students on all aspects of training were surveyed and analyzed. Results The students were most satisfied with teaching concept, professional ethics education and professional skill training （3.98, 3.89, and 3.83 ）. Most of them thought our education were highly specific （61.1%）, class hour was arranged reasonably （especially those the highest academic qualification was Master and technical title was associate professor）, and our training was most helpful to advance their post competency （54.8%） （especially those from hospitals, with middle titles and Chinese medicine majors）. Conclusion The professional education students are mostly satisfied with our education, which is different in different groups. All aspects of our training well showed the basic traits of professional education and high level of teaching.
