摘　　要：目的构建医院危机预警模型,通过专家调查法获得模型预警指标。方法根据文献综述和理论分析确定模型结构,根据专家问卷调查法确定危机预警指标内容。结果根据对8家公立医院各6名危机管理者进行访谈和问卷调查,本文获得医院5个利益相关方共26个指标。结论设计医院危机预警模型以预测医院危机,是预防与处理医院各类危机、降低损失的最有效方式,使用"来源-表现-程度"三个维度对医院危机事件进行分类是医院危机预警的前提,以利益相关方为出发点设计医院危机的预警模型是主动识别医院危机并实现量化的基础。Objective To establish the hospital crisis -forewarning model, early- warning index was obtained by expert investigation method. Methods The model structure was formed by literature summary and theory analysis, the index was obtained by investigation. Results Forty eight hospital crisis manager from 8 public hospitals were interviewed and given the self - made questionnaires, and 26 indexes of 5 stakeholders were found. Con- clusion Forecasting hospital crisis by hospital crisis forewarning model is the most effective way to prevent and handle hospital crisis and reduce the loss. Classifying hospital crisis incident by ＂resource - presentation - degree＂ three dimensions is the premise of crisis warning, and designing hospital crisis model using stakeholder theory is the basis of identify and quantify hospital crisis.
