摘　　要：检索近年来神经外科医疗风险及预警机制研究相关文献,从神经外科医疗风险特点、影响因素、医疗风险预警机制研究三方面对已有研究进行分析和述评。提出神经外科作为医疗风险高发科室,应全面建立医疗风险预警系统,把牢三个"关口",即患者入院前即签订医疗风险告知书以降低患者期望值;住院期间根据医疗风险预警级别针对性实施干预措施,防止医疗风险发生;出院后继续宣教、定期随访,防止后续医疗风险发生。通过以上措施达到降低医疗风险,保障患者利益,减少医疗机构损失的目的。We analyzed and reviewed the specialty, influential factors and precaution mechanism of neurosurgery medical risks after searching the literatures in the past few years regarding neurosurgery medical risks and precaution mechanism. For neurosurgery is one of the departments with high medical risks, the precaution system of medical risks should be established and three ＂key points＂ must be remembered. First of all, ＂medical risks infor- ming note＂ need to signed to balance the anticipation of patients. Secondly, health -care workers should imple- ment invention measures to prevent medical risks according to medical risks precaution levels. Eventually, medical personnel ought to propagate and follow up safeguard benefits of patients and cut down regularly. The key points mentioned above can decrease medical risks, the loss of medical institution
