摘 要:针对不同试验路况的载荷特征,采用时域信号裁剪法对原始道路载荷进行处理,编制了整车室内4通道耐久性快速试验载荷谱,并通过整车道路载荷模拟试验进行验证.结果显示,生成的加速谱的加速效果显著,且较好地保留了原始载荷谱造成的疲劳损伤,满足了损伤等效原则.采用编谱方法及总结迭代关键技术可为其他车型的整车试验提供参考.According to loads characteristic of different test road conditions, time domain slicing method was used to process original road loads. The durability acceleration test loads spectrum for vehicle indoor road was established,and the proposed methodology was simulated and verified. The results show that the effect of the accelerated spectrum is obvious, and a better retention of the frtigue damage from the original load spectrum is obtained, which satisfied the damage equivalent principle. The proposed method and the critical technologies can provide a reference for the other vehicle indoor road simulations.
